Hi! I'm Tammy Wang and I'm a Chinese-American visual development artist, designer, and illustrator living in New York with experience in comics, illustration, and design over print and social media.
_Born and raised in Queens, New York, I decided I wanted to move to Oakland to study animation.
I graduating with a BFA from California College of the Arts, and eventually moved back home to pursue illustration.
In the past few years I had the honor of working on the Freddie Mercury anthology, Shadows Illuminated, with Z2 Comics, live-streaming and comic drawing for summer camps with children's media company, Story Pirates, and taught at New York Art Studio to international students.Aside from work, my hobbies are video games, cafe hopping, watching movies, and cooking/baking. I also own a small business selling prints, charms, and stickers that stemmed from a love of anime.I am always happy to make connections, even if to just exchange letterboxd ids.
